After feedback from a number of you we’ve managed to find an alternative photographer so the signing on day will now go ahead as planned in the email sent by Debbie. The time slots for each team were communicated in that message.
The pack collection will still take place this Saturday as per our previous email, at the 3G between 9.30-11.00.
Therefore you can still complete the forms during next week and bring them into us at the signing on day. However, we now have the benefit and convenience of the photographer being there to take photos on the day for just £3 per player, which is about half the price of a normal passport photo.
Also our Kit Officers will be there with all the kit size samples on the day so we can all get the new kits ordered for the new season. We know a number of boys and girls were looking forward to this so we are pleased to able to continue with the day.
The evening collection of 11th will not go ahead.
