Kit & Equipment Order New

All managers are required to complete the Kit & Equipment order form below, no kit or equipment will be authorised unless requested using this form, All new player kits will be ordered as soon as we have confirmation that the £30.00 signing on fee has been paid, Monthly standing order set-up, and all club and league registration forms have been completed.

All kit and equipment remains the property of South Woodham Ferrers United, and must be returned when a player leaves the club.
