Introduction
South Woodham Ferrers United Football Club is excited to introduce our Mini Football program, designed for boys and girls from Under 7 to Under 11. This program focuses on fun, development, and a love for the game. Training sessions are held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with matches played on Sunday. Join us to start your football journey!
Our Mini Football teams participate in the following leagues, providing a competitive yet friendly environment for young players to test their skills and grow in confidence:
- Blackwater and Dengie Youth Football League
- South East Essex Primary League
- Brentwood Community Football Alliance League
Our age groups play in the following formats –
- Under 7 to Under 8: 5v5 format
- Under 9 to Under 10: 7v7 format
- Under 11: 9v9 format
