Following this afternoons pitch inspections only 2 pitches failed – Men’s pitch at Compass and youth Pitch Y2, which affects Men’s Pope and Smith, U17 Falcons, U13 Terriers.
All other pitches will be subject to 8am pitch inspections as we are expecting heavy frost and sub zero temperatures.
We monitored the pitches today to see when pitches thawed , and generally were playable literally around or just after 10am, so we will continue to monitor through the morning, but early KO games could be vulnerable.
Our decisions are based on safety of our players , so please bear with us and Darren and Chris will be in close contact with you all from 8am
